Delivery Times:

-      Ireland - 2 Day delivery

-      Uk  and Europe  5-7 day delivery

Once in stock all goods will be Shipped on the day following the order. (Once order is received before 2pm) The customer can expect delivery within the times listed above. In the case that an item becomes out of stock the customer will be contacted and we will give the customer and estimated delivery date. (The customer may at this stage cancel the order if they are not satisfied with the delivery time).

Returns & Refund  Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Barton Smith Lock and Safe. If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase, were to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item form the date you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must return in the original packaging. Your items needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning you item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Goods on Delivery:

If you discover that your goods are faulty on arrival, you should contact Barton Smith Lock and Safe  immediately. With the customers approval where possible we will send out a replacement. Barton Smith Lock and Safe must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. In this case Barton Smith Lock and Safe will bare all costs including delivery and approved returns to Barton Smith Lock and Safe.  If the customer wishes at this point for a refund to be issued and the products to be returned this can also be arranged.

Warranty:

A manufactures warranty is limited to a certain time and can only be used within that time and not after. It is our policy that when a defective product which is under warranty is returned to us we will return it to our supplier for a report and inform you of the outcomes.
